We are a professional moving company answering this humanitarian crisis by offering free, secure relocation services to trans people in crisis.

How it Works

Our Free Relocation Program is supported by a global network of donors, volunteers, and community organizations that believe safety should never come at the cost of your dignity—or your belongings.

We do not ask for personal or sensitive information until we have mutually agreed to move forward. We never ask for payment or banking info, and you will always know exactly who you are speaking to and what to expect next.

Our Process: Four Phases of Care

Phase 1: Planning

Our trained case managers work with you one-on-one to assess your needs, timeline, and potential risks. This is a low-stakes, confidential process to help us both decide if this is the right fit. No commitment. No pressure. Just a team of people ready to help you plan.

Phase 2: Relocation

Once your case is confirmed, our logistics team begins organizing your move. This may include sending our movers directly to you, offering support with packing, or covering upfront costs like truck rental, lodging, or gas cards. Our goal is for the move to be completely free to you.

Phase 3: Landing

We stay with you after the move. For six months post-relocation, we offer continued care through referrals, local resource networks, and mutual aid partners in your new community. Our support does not stop at the state line.

Phase 4: Community Integration

We believe that community is the solution to this crisis. We will help you find your people—local support groups, queer collectives, safer spaces—so you are not just surviving, but you are connecting and rebuilding.

Tiers of Relocation Support

Crisis – Somebody who is actively fleeing a crisis and needs support as soon as 24 hours

Urgent – Somebody who needs to relocate within the next 2-4 weeks

Standard – Somebody who would like to plan a move and get assistance from us in a non-urgent manner

How “Free” Works

It costs an average of $2,500 to move across the country. We do not expect you to pay for it. Instead, we fund each move through our international fundraising network of allies, organizations, and community sponsors.

In many cases, we front the cost of the move and then fundraise to recover what we can. Whatever is left from the campaign goes directly to the person who moved—because starting over should not mean starting from zero.

We are not a nonprofit. We are a professional logistics team backed by community-powered mutual aid.
