How We Vet Requests
A high-trust, high-security model.

We are committed to safety—for both our movers and our community. That means we follow strict security protocols during the planning phase. These protocols exist to ensure we can responsibly and safely deliver the support we offer.
Here’s what that looks like:
-
You will meet with our case managers over video calls before your move is confirmed.

-
We will never ask for private information until we have agreed to work together.

-
We reserve the right to decline service at any point in the planning process based on safety, feasibility, or capacity.

-
We do not share case information with anyone outside our secure team.

-
Secure Data and secure communication systems
This process is designed to build mutual trust, reduce risk, and allow you to feel safe without exposing yourself to unnecessary harm or scrutiny.
Security & Confidentiality
We take safety seriously. We never publish the names of our movers, case managers, or leadership team publicly. Our staff is made up of vetted professionals, trans organizers, and experienced mutual aid workers who have navigated this crisis firsthand.

All communication is encrypted, and all data is stored securely.
For the Trans Community
We know how hard it is to trust offers of help in this country. We have seen the scams, the strings-attached, and the well-meaning promises that never arrive.

We are here to earn your trust, not ask for it up front.
You do not have to do this alone. We will carry the load with you.
